摘要
作为发动机的重要载体,对缸体缸盖进行耦合分析以确定是否满足设计要求是十分必要的。本文在分析过程中利用ABAQUS和AVL Fire软件完成流固耦合分析,耦合分析包括缸体缸盖等温度场分布、强度及高周疲劳安全系数分析,以及对缸垫性能及缸孔变形量等分析内容。
As an important carrier of engine, it is necessary to analyze the coupling of cylinder head to determine whether it meets the design requirements. Analysis in the process of using ABAQUS and AVL software Fire to complete fluid-structure coupling analysis, generally including cylinder block cylinder head temperature field distribution of coupling analysis, strength and high cycle fatigue safety coefficient analysis, as well as to the cylinder gasket performance and cylinder hole deformation analysis.
