拉带连接螺栓的紧固力矩设定值研究

连接有拉带的弹性体螺栓,缺少成熟的紧固力矩计算公式和研究方法。文章采用扭矩控制法,通过连接尿素箱总成的拉带螺栓紧固力矩试验研究,并结合紧固力矩估算分析方法,来预估拉带螺栓的紧固力矩设定值。

Elastomeric bolts with tension bands are connected without a mature formula for calculating the tightening torque and a research method.In this paper,through the test of tightening torque by the pull bang bolt connecting urea box assembly,reach the set value of tightening torque for estimated tensile bolt.In this process,the torque control method is adopted and the tightening g torque estimation and analysis method is combined.
