某客车冷却系采用电子风扇的节油率计算

摘要 客车冷却系越来越多的采用电子风扇替代机械风扇,主要是因为机械风扇耗能巨大,而电子风扇的节能、节油效果得到了有效验证,但具体节油率一般都是在整车更换前后通过实际路试或油耗试验对比得来,成本高时间长。如果前期通过仿真分析软件进行对比分析计算,可节省大量时间和成本,并且能模拟多种配置,以寻求最佳的节油效果。 More and more electric fans are used to replace mechanical fans in the cooling system of bus,mainly because of the huge energy consumption of mechanical fans,the energy saving and oil saving effect of the electronic fan has been effectively verified,but the specific fuel saving rate is obtained through road test comparison,with high cost and long time.If the comparative analysis calculation is carried out by simulation software in the early stage,a lot of time and cost can be saved and multiple configurations can be simulated to seek the optimal fuel saving effect.
