摘要
文章以某轻型商用车传统钢板弹簧悬架开发过程中通常会遇到的断裂问题入手,综合分析板簧断裂的原因,建立板簧各片受力模型并对各片所受应力进行分析,找出根本原因,给出解决问题的方法。
This paper starts with the fracture problems which often occur in the developing process of a certain conventional leaf spring suspension for light commercial vehicles,comprehensively analyzes the causes of leaf spring fracture,establishes force models and analyzes the stress on each piece of leaf spring,so as to find out the primary causes and ways to solve the problems.
