摘要
现代汽车发动机使用的机油泵主要是转子机油泵,该机油泵结构紧凑、供油量大,但是其结构设计不合理,往往会产生较大的噪声。文章对某型发动机的转子机油泵产生的阶次噪声的原因进行分析,并通过Benchmark,对标竞品机油泵,找出噪声产生的主因,然后针对主因提出优化方案,最后对优化样件进行试验验证。
the oil pumps used in modern automobile engines is mainly rotary pumps.This kind of oil pump has a compact structure and large oil supply,but its structural design is unreasonable and often produces great noise.This article analyzes the causes of the order noise generated by a certain type of engine’s rotor oil pump,and by benchmark,finds the main cause of the noise produced by the benchmark oil pump,then proposes an optimization plan for the main cause,and finally carries out the optimization of the sample and then tests.
