浅谈某汽油车涡轮增压器噪声控制

摘要 在节能减排的大背景下小排量汽油增压车型越来越受国内各大主机厂及消费者追捧,伴随着而来的增压器噪声问题不断出现。文章针对某款汽油车型加速及急丢油门减速工况涡轮增压器噪声问题,分别对激励源、主要传递路径以及涡轮增压器相关匹配参数进行了测试分析。得出涡轮增压器匹配不佳、进出口管过于弯折等原因造成了进出气流道湍流过大引起的高频宽带噪声,而涡轮初段工作线裕度过小(靠近喘振线),又导致产生明显的喘振。通过设计高频消声器、管路优化、优化节气门的标定,涡轮增压器噪声得到有效的控制。 In the context of energy-saving and emission reduction,small-displacement gasoline turbocharged models are becoming increasingly popular with domestic OEMs and consumers,accompanied by the turbocharger noise problems to appear constantly.In this paper pointing against a gasoline vehicle turbocharger noise in acceleration and abruptly losing the throttle deceleration condition,respectively the excitation source,the main transfer path and turbocharger matching parameters were tested and analyzed.Concluded that poor turbocharger matching,inlet and outlet pipe is too bent due to high frequency broadband noise caused by the in and out of the air way too much turbulence.while the turbine initial work line margin is too small(close to the surge line),resulting in obvious surge.Through the design of high-frequency muffler,pipeline optimization,optimization of throttle calibration,get effective noise control of turbocharger.
