一种低成本进气歧管结构设计

Design of alow cost intake manifold structure

为保证进气均匀性,柴油机进气歧管往往结构复杂,成本较高。文章设计了一种整体压铸成型的进气歧管,结构简单,成本较低。同时通过进气歧管内部的导流板结构来确保进气均匀性满足要求,并对此结构进行CFD分析,验证了此结构的有效性。

In order to ensure the uniformity of intake,the intake manifold of diesel engine is often complicated and costly.This paper designs an intake manifold with integral die casting,which is simple in structure and low cost.At the same time through the guide plate inside the intake manifold to ensure the intake uniformity to meet the requirements,and this structure was analyzed by CFD,to verify the validity of this structure.
