摘要
随着现代汽车工业的发展,悬架系统作为整车最重要的承载部分发展变化越来越多,结构也更加多样化。扭杆弹簧作为承载系统中的弹性元件以其特有的优势占非常重要的作用,而且越来越多的应用在轻型卡车、轿车、SUV、皮卡及多功能商用车中。文章从设计角度给出悬架用扭杆弹簧的刚度的计算方法,便于整车设计参考。
With the development of the automobile industry,as the most important bearing part of the whole vehicle,the suspension system has been increasingly improved while its structures more diversified.Torsion bar spring,as elastic components in the load-bearing system,plays a very important role due to its unique advantage,and is used more frequently in light trucks,cars,SUVs,pickups and multi-purpose commercial vehicles.This paper gives the stiffness calculation method of torsion system from the design perspective,so as to facilitate the whole vehicle design.
