Study on the Opening Strategy Upgrading in Northeast Asia——Take Heilongjiang Province as an Example

"一带一路"倡议提出五年来,黑龙江省主动参与"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设,同俄罗斯远东地区合作水平不断提升,积极实践全方位对东北亚地区开放战略。黑龙江省作为国家9个沿边省区之一,5年来发挥地处东北亚核心的地缘优势,在"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设上重点发力,全力推进"一带一路"倡议开花结果,宏伟蓝图不断转化为丰硕成果。

"The Belt and Road"initiative has been proposed for five years,during which Heilongjiang Province has actively participated in the construction of"China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor",continuously promoted the level of cooperation with the Russian far East region,and actively implemented all-round opening strategies for Northeast Asia.In the past five years,as one of the nine borderline provinces and regions in the country,Heilongjiang Province has brought its geographical advantages into full play in the construction of"China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor",focused its efforts on pushing forward"The Belt and Road"initiative with all strength,and constantly transformed grand blueprints into fruitful results.
