摘要
探讨了纺丝组件压力和皮芯双组份复合比例对聚乙烯/聚酰胺6皮芯复合纤维截面及其纺丝效果的影响。结果表明,聚乙烯、聚酰胺6两组分熔体压力差在1 MPa以内,组件压力8~12 MPa,皮/芯复合比例40~50/60~50时,纤维截面成型较好,纺丝状况较为稳定。
Discussed the effect of spinning pack pressure and mass ratio on cross section of PE/PA6 core/sheath composite fiber and spinning condition.Results showed that,when the pressure difference of PE component and PA6 component was under 1 MPa,pack pressure in the range of 8~12 MPa,mass ratio PE:PA6 was 40~50/60~50,the cross section of fiber was good,the spinning condition was stable.
