桥式运动训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨桥式运动训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月于我院就诊的46例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各23例。对照组患者给予脑卒中常规康复锻炼,观察组患者在常规康复锻炼的基础上给予桥式运动训练。比较两组患者康复锻炼前及8周后Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能(FMA)评分、徒手肌力测试法(MMT)分级Kendall百分比法评分、Berg平衡功能量表(BBS)评分。结果两组患者康复治疗前的FMA、Kendall及BBS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者康复锻炼后的FMA、Kendall及BBS评分均显著高于康复锻炼前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者康复锻炼后的FMA、Kendall及BBS评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桥式运动训练可明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肌力和平衡能力,促进下肢步行功能的恢复,值得在临床应用中推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of bridge type exercise training in cerebral stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Altogether 46 cerebral stroke patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,23 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation exercise for stroke,while the observation group was given bridge type exercise training on the basis of routine rehabilitation exercises.The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA),the Kendall percentage method scores of manual muscle testing(MMT),and Berg balance scale(BBS)scores were compared before and after 8 weeks of rehabilitation exercise.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of FMA,Kendall and BBS between the two groups before rehabilitation exercise(P>0.05).The scores of FMA,Kendall and BBS after rehabilitation exercise in the two groups were significantly higher than those before rehabilitation exercise,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of FMA,Kendall and BBS after rehabilitation exercise in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bridge exercise training can significantly improve the muscle strength and balance ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and promote the recovery of lower limb walking function,which is worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
