刘氏正骨丹联合椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of Liu′s Zhenggudan combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar compressible fracture

目的观察刘氏正骨丹对脊柱胸腰椎压缩性骨折治疗早中晚期的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月～2018年1月收治的69例行椎体成形术(PKP)治疗的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组39例,行PKP治疗加服用刘氏正骨丹,对照组30例,单纯行PKP治疗。治疗完成后对两组的治疗效果进行比较观察,并对两组行功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分和视觉模拟(VAS)评分进行比较。结果治疗组治疗后优良率(94.87%)高于对照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分为(1.97±1.85)分,低于对照组的(3.29±1.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后ODI评分为(9.82±5.17)分,低于对照组的(12.56±6.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刘氏正骨丹联合PKP治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床效果优于单纯PKP,能显著改善患者腰背部疼痛症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liu′s Zhenggudan in the treatment of early,middle and late stage vertebral compression fracture of thoracic and lumbar spine.Methods Altogether 69 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral compressible fractures treated by vertebroplasty(PKP)in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=39).Patients in the treatment group were treated with PKP and Liu′s Zhenggudan.In the control group,patients were treated by PKP alone.After the treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed,and dysfunction index questionnare(ODI)scores and visual analogy scores(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the excellent rate(94.87%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score([1.97±1.85]points)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group([3.29±1.65]points),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI score([9.82±5.17]points)of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group([12.56±6.54]points),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PKP combined with Liu′s Zhenggudan is more effective in treating thoracolumbar compressible fractures than vertebroplasty alone.
