Objective To investigate the effect of Poractant Alfa Injection combined with nasal positive airway pressure ventilation(NCPAP)in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods The clinical data of 140 cases of NRDS admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,70 cases in each group. The control group was with NCPAP,the observation group was treated with porcine lung phospholipids Injection on the basis of the control group. The blood gas analysis and clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results There were no significant differences in PaO2 and PaCO2 before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PaO2 of two groups was higher and PaCO2 was both lower than before treatment,PaO2 after treatment in the observation group was higher and PaCO2 was lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Poractant Alfa Injection combined with NCPAP for NRDS improves the blood gas analysis and obtain a favorable effect.
