摘要 目的探讨3.0 T磁共振功能成像(MRI)诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法选取2016年1月~2018年4月我院治疗的乳腺癌25例患者和乳腺良性肿瘤25例患者作为研究对象,对患者乳腺MRI特点进行分析。结果 25例乳腺癌患者共26个病灶,通过MRI检查出24个,敏感度为92.31%;25例乳腺良性肿瘤患者共28个病灶,误诊为恶性2个,特异度为92.31%;25例乳腺良性肿瘤患者共54个病灶,检查出50个,准确度为92.59%。在病灶形态学表现中,乳腺癌与乳腺良性肿瘤在病灶内部信号强化方式、血管影状态、淋巴结情况、时间-信号强度曲线以及病灶边界清晰程度等方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3.0 TMRI诊断乳腺癌价值较高,敏感度、特异度、准确率较高。病灶状态、边界等数据对临床诊断和治疗有重要参考价值。 Objective To investigate the value of 3.0 T functional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods Twenty-five patients with breast cancer and twenty-five patients with benign breast tumors treated in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2018 were selected as subjects of study.The characteristics of breast MRI were analyzed.Results A total of 26 lesions in 25 breast cancer patients were detected,and 24 out of 26 were detected by MRI,and the sensitivity was 92.31%.There were 28 lesions in 25 patients with benign breast tumors,of which 2 lesions were misdiagnosed as malignancy,and the specificity was 92.31%.A total of 54 lesions,50 were detected by MRI with an accuracy of 92.59%.In the morphological manifestations of the lesions,there were statistical differences in internal signal enhancement,angiographic state,lymphatic status,time-signal intensity curve,and clearness of the lesion boundary between the breast cancer and the benign breast tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion 3.0 T MRI is of high value in the diagnosis of breast cancer,with high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.The data of lesion status and boundary have important reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
