百合解郁汤治疗糖尿病后抑郁症的效果

Analysis on the therapeutic effect of Baihe Jieyu Decoction on depression after diabetes mellitus

目的探讨百合解郁汤治疗糖尿病后抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月～2016年1月我院收治的80例糖尿病后抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者用以百忧解进行治疗,观察组患者采用百合解郁汤进行治疗,两组患者同时进行基础常规治疗。观察两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平变化以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、中医症候评分等。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c含量均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗后的FPG、2 hPG和HbA1c含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后的中医症候评分以及SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百合解郁汤治疗糖尿病后抑郁症的效果显著,可有效改善患者的不适症,临床治疗效果优于百忧解,适合临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baihe Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of post diabetic depression.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016,80 diabetic depressive patients treated in our hospital were selected as subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group include 40 cases.The control group was treated with Fluoxetine,and the observation group was treated with Baihe Jieyu Decoction.The change of fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(PG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.0%,this was significantly higher than the control group of 72.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the contents of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c in each group were significantly lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the contents of FPG,2h PG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of TCM syndromes and SDS in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baihe Jieyu Decoction had a remarkable effect in treating diabetic depression,and it can effectively improve the patient symptoms,the clinical treatment is better than Prozac and will be more suitable for clinical application.
