经腹子宫肌瘤切除术围术期综合护理干预的应用效果观察

Observation application effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of the perioperative period after hysterectomy through laparoscope

目的探究综合护理干预应用于经腹子宫肌瘤切除术围手术期的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年7月抚州市医学科学研究所收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组,每组各45例。两组患者均行经腹子宫肌瘤切除术。对照组采用常规护理方式,实验组在对照组的基础上采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者手术耗时、术中出血量、住院天数以及术后下床时间等情况。结果实验组患者的手术耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的住院天数和术后下床时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于经腹子宫肌瘤切除术围术期能够有效地缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减少患者的住院天数和术后下床时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention applied to the nursing of the perioperative period after hysterectomy through laparoscope.Methods A total of 90 uterine fibroids patients treated in the Medical Science Institute of Fuzhou city from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the subjects,and divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients all treated with hysterectomy through laparoscope.The control group taken routine nursing.The experimental group was treated with the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization days,postoperative get out of bed time were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization days and the postoperative get out of bed time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the comprehensive nursing intervention on the perioperative period after hysterectomy through laparoscope can shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,shorten the hospitalization days and the postoperative get out of bed time,which is worth for clinical application and promotion.
