连贯性护理健康教育在慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of continuity nursing health education in patients with chronic cervicitis

目的探讨连贯性护理健康教育在慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月～2017年5月我院收治的80例慢性宫颈炎患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,依据护理方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规护理和健康教育,研究组接受连贯性护理健康教育,比较两组患者的健康知识知晓率和护理总满意度。结果研究组患者筛查宫颈疾病方法、治疗后复查、治疗后注意事项、用药知识、判断异常症状、疾病和治疗等问题及卫生知识的知晓率(90.00%、92.50%、95.00%、92.50%、87.50%、90.00%、92.50%)高于对照组(77.50%、75.00%、80.00%、77.50%、77.50%、77.50%、80.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理总满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性宫颈炎患者实施规范的连贯性护理健康教育,可提升患者对疾病知识的知晓率和护理满意度,协助其养成良好的生活习惯,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing health education in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into control group and research group according to different nursing methods,each group had 40 patients.The control group received routine nursing and health education,and the study group received continuity nursing health education,the awareness rate of health knowledge and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rates of cervical disease screening methods,follow-up after treatment,matters needing attention after treatment,medication knowledge,judging abnormal symptoms,diseases and treatment,and health knowledge in the study group(90.00%、92.50%、95.00%、92.50%、87.50%、90.00%、92.50%)were higher than those in the control group(77.50%、75.00%、80.00%、77.50%、77.50%、77.50%、80.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized and coherent health education for patients with chronic cervicitis can improve the awareness rate of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction,and help them develop good living habits,which is worthy of clinical application.
