摘要
点评某院肾脏科伏立康唑片的使用合理性。随机抽取2016年11月至2017年10月使用伏立康唑片的出院病历136份,作回顾性统计分析,以"指南"和相关文献为评价依据。在136例使用伏立康唑的患者中,56例超说明书用药,135例给药剂量不适宜,75例与奥美拉唑合用未调整奥美拉唑剂量。该药不合理应用问题突出,应严格按适应症用药,给药剂量合理化,严控用药风险。
This article investigated and analyzed the rationality of the application of voriconazole tablets in the nephrology department of our hospital.A total of 136 nephropathy patients used voriconazole tablets from November 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected for retrospective analysis and statistics.Related guidelines and literature were used as the evaluation criteria.Among the 136 patients,voriconazole were used off-label(56 cases),at incorrect doses(135 cases),or without adjustment of the combined omeprazole doses(75 cases).Irrational use of voriconazole tablets in the nephrology department was prominent.It is necessary to strictly follow the clinical indications and rationalize the dosages to control the drug risks.
