含氟聚合物的制备及在棉织物拒水整理中的应用 被引量:2

Preparation of Fluoropolymer and Its Application to Water Repellent Finishing of Cotton Fabrics

摘要 以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯丙三酯二(3-全氟己基丙基)醚为单体,利用种子乳液聚合法,以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,K2S2O8为引发剂,制备了共聚阴离子型乳液,利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对其结构进行了表征.将此整理剂对棉织物进行浸轧整理,并通过扫描电子显微镜、接触角测定仪对整理后的织物表面形态、表面性能进行了测试.结果表明,经整理后的织物静态水接触角大于150°,具有超疏水性能,并且随着整理剂固含量的增加,织物的拒水性能增强,而且整理织物经过一定的水洗和摩擦之后,静态水接触角仍能保持在150°左右,具有较好的耐水洗、耐摩擦性能. With vinyl acetate(VAc),butyl acrylate(BA)and propylene triglyceride bis(3-perfluorohexylpropyl)ether as the monomers,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate SDBS),nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10)as the composite emulsifier and K2S2O8 as the initiator,the copolymer anionic emulsion was prepared using seed emulsion polymerization.Its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The fabric was treated with the emulsion by padding fabric finishing technology.The surface morphology and surface properties of the finished fabric were analyzed and discussed by scanning electron microscopy and contact angle measurement.The results show that the surface of the treated fabric is uniformly covered with a smooth polymer film.The static water contact angle of the surface is more than 150°,with a super-hydrophobic property.After some washing and rubbing of these fabrics,the static water contact angle can still remain at about 150°,with good washability and friction resistance.
