气排和硬排的流畅体验差异比较

A Comparison of Gender Differencesin the Fluency Experience of Gas Volleyball and Hard Volleyball

基于流畅体验理论,揭示了排球运动的流畅体验特征、性别差异以及运动项目差异.问卷采用"流畅状态量表",随机抽取501名大学生进行问卷调查.结果发现,排球的流畅体验特征依次为:行动-意识融合、自我意识降低、明确的目的、愉悦的体验.通过独立样本T检验发现,排球的流畅体验在性别上存在差异,男性在流畅体验上显著高于女性;在运动项目上也存在差异,气排在流畅体验上显著高于硬排.可以看出,气排在大学生群体中,比硬排更容易流行和推广.

Based on the theory of flow experience,this paper depicts the features of flow experience and the differences of gender and sports items.The inventory was employed in the study and a total of 501 college students were drawn out for a questionnaire.Four features are found in flow experience of volleyball activities:blending of action and awareness,decrease in self-awareness,clear purposes and pleasant experience.The independent T sample shows that there exist gender differences in flow experience of volleyball,where males are observably more immersed than females.The flow experience is also reflected in sports items:Balloon volleyball is much better than hard volleyball in flow experience.By this token,balloon volleyball among college students is more popular and more likely to spread than hard volleyball.
