诸暨“篮球城市”建设现状与发展对策

On Status Quo of “Basketball City” in Zhuji and Its Development Countermeasures

浙江省唯一"篮球城市"诸暨其篮球运动建设与研究为城市体育发展提供了理论依据.运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法对诸暨"篮球城市"建设进行系统分析.研究认为:诸暨篮球运动发展历史悠久,篮球建设配套制度完善,篮球产业结构单一,篮球场地设施丰富.进一步完善政策规划,优化场馆运营,丰富"篮球城市"品牌,改革人才培养体制,发展篮球相关产业,将有力促进诸暨"篮球城市"建设的可持续发展.

Zhuji is awarded the only“Basketball City”in Zhejiang province.Its basketball sports construction and research provide the theoretical basis for the development of urban sports.Using the literature method,a questionnaire,a field investigation and interview method,this paper systematically analyzes the construction of“Basketball City”in Zhuji.It is considered that the development of basketball in Zhuji boasts a long history,with a perfect supporting system in the basketball construction,a single basketball industry structure and rich basketball venues and facilities.The paper maintains that the“Basketball City”in Zhuji will be sustainably developed if the policy planning is further improved,the operation of the stadia optimized,the“Basketball City”brand enriched,the training system for talents reformed,and the basketball related industries effectively promoted.
