摘要
目的:探讨B7-H4和B7-H6蛋白在卵巢良性和恶性肿瘤中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法:收集同济大学附属同济医院卵巢肿瘤标本101例,其中卵巢恶性肿瘤58例、同期卵巢良性肿瘤43例。采用免疫组织化学染色检测B7-H4和B7-H6蛋白在良性及恶性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及分布。采用χ~2检验及非参数秩和检验分析卵巢恶性肿瘤中B7-H4和B7-H6蛋白表达与临床病理参数的相关性。结果:B7-H4和B7-H6蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤中表达率分别为82.76%(48/58)、79.31%(46/58),在卵巢良性肿瘤中的表达率分别为13.95%(6/43)、16.28%(7/43);B7-H4和B7-H6的表达在卵巢良恶性肿瘤间差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。B7-H4和B7-H6蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤细胞浆和细胞膜上均有表达。B7-H4和B7-H6蛋白的表达与卵巢恶性肿瘤患者的年龄、组织分型及p53蛋白表达相关(P<0.05)。结论:B7-H4和B7-H6蛋白在卵巢恶性肿瘤中呈高表达,提示两者可能与卵巢恶性肿瘤的发生、发展有关。
Objective:To investigate the expressions of B7-H4and B7-H6in ovarian tumor tissues and related clinicopathological characteristics.Methods:A total of101ovarian tumor specimens from Tongji Hospital Affiated to Tongji University were collected,among which43cases were benign and58cases were malignant.The expressions and distributions of B7-H4and B7-H6in ovarian benign and malignant tumors were investigated by immunohistochemical staining.Chi-square test and nonparametric rank sum test were used to analyze the correlation between B7-H4and B7-H6protein expressions and clinicopathological parameters.Results:Immunohistochemical results showed that82.76%(48/58)of malignant tumors expressed B7-H4and79.31%(46/58)of malignant tumors expressed B7-H6,respectively.While in benign ovarian tumors,there were13.95%(6/43)and16.28%(7/43)samples that expressed B7-H4and B7-H6.The expressions of B7-H4and B7-H6proteins in ovarian malignant tumors is significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumors(P<0.05).B7-H4and B7-H6proteins were mostly distributed in the cytoplasm and cell membrane.Moreover,the expression levels of B7-H4and B7-H6proteins in ovarian cancers were tightly correlated with the patients’age,histological type of tumors,and p53expression(P<0.05).Conclusions:The high expressions of B7-H4and B7-H6proteins in ovarian malignant tumors indicates their potential roles in the occurrence and progress of ovarian malignant tumors.
