支气管热成形术治疗难治性支气管哮喘的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 支气管热成形术(bronchial thermoplasty,BT)是一种新兴非药物治疗手段,通过可控的射频热量消融气管壁平滑肌(airway smooth muscle,ASM),可减轻气管收缩,具有较好的疗效且安全性高。目前已被美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)和我国国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)批准用于难治性支气管哮喘的临床治疗。本文就支气管热成形术的工作原理、操作方法和发展现状作一综述。 Bronchial thermoplasty(BT)is an emerging non-pharmacological treatment,which could reduce the contraction of the trachea viacontrolled radiofrequency thermal ablation of the airway smooth muscle(ASM),and hasrelatively good efficacy and high safety.BThas been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration(FDA)and the China Food and Drug Administration(CFDA)for clinical treatment of refractory bronchial asthma.This article reviews the working principle,operation method,and development status of bronchial thermoplasty.
