摘要
留住人才是企业实施股权激励的主要动机之一。系统回顾了高管离职视角下的股权激励研究的相关文献,发现该领域的研究主要分为动机和效应两个方面。经过进一步的分析,认为动机方面的研究形式丰富,且得到了较一致的结论,已比较成熟。而效应方面的研究还有待完善,具体而言,需要从以下几个方面来进行:结合相关理论进行更深入的研究,将高管进行更细致的分类,清晰界定不同原因高管离职的相关概念和扩展研究窗口。
Retaining talent is one of the main motivations for enterprise to implement equity incentive.This paper reviews the relevant literature of the equity incentive research in the perspective of executive turnover,and finds that the research in this field is divided into two aspects:motivation and effect.After further analysis,the study of motivation is rich and the conclusion is more consistent.And effect research remains to be perfect,in particular,need to be carried out from the following aspects:combining with related theories,more detailed classification of executives,clearly defining the relevant concepts of different reason executives and extending research window.
