快速康复护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of enhanced recovery nursing care in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer

目的研究快速康复护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌手术中的的应用效果。方法纳入2015年1月至2017年12月我院收治的100例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以快速康复护理。比较两组两组术后恢复指标、患者对护理工作的满意度及术后生活质量。结果观察组住院时间、恢复肛门排气时间、恢复排便时间、下床活动时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为98%,对照组满意度为86%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能及情感功能评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者具有积极的影响,有利于促进患者术后康复及提高患者生活质量,提升患者对于护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of enhanced recovery nursing care in laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer.Methods100 cases of laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer were included in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given enhanced recovery nursing care.The postoperative recovery indexes,patients ' satisfaction to nursing work and postoperative quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The time of hospitalization,the recovery of the anus exhaust time,the time for the recovery of defecation,and the time for the deactivation in observation group were shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98%,while that of the control group was 86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function and emotional function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion enhanced recovery nursing care had a positive impact on patients with laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer,which was beneficial to promote postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the patients ' satisfaction to nursing work.
