突发公共卫生事件中急救护理措施的作用

The role of emergency nursing measures in public health emergencies

目的探讨突发公共卫生事件中的急救护理方法及效果。方法本院自2016年2月就在医院推广突发公共卫生实践急救护理程序,以2015年1月至2016年1月作为实施前、2016年2月至2017年2月为实施后,选取实施前后各120例伤员为研究对象,观察实施前后急救效果及患者满意度。结果实施后医院急救成功率为98.33%,高于实施前的89.17%(P<0.05);实施后护理风险事件发生率为2.50%,低于实施前的12.50%(P<0.05);实施后患者总满意率为95.00%,高于实施前的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论针对突发公共卫生事件按照急救护理措施可取得良好急救效果,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the emergency nursing Methods and effects in public health emergencies.Methods From the time of February 2016,the public health emergency was promoted in our hospital.The time from January 2015 to January 2016 was considered as pre implementation,while from February 2016 to February 2017 was post implementation.120 cases were selected at pre-and post implementation respectively.And the successful rate,the risk event and of first aid and patients’degree of satisfaction was observed.Results The successful rate of first aid was 98.33%of post implementation and that was higher that pre implementation(P<0.05).The risk event of post implementation was less than that of pre implementation with a rate of 2.50%(P<0.05).The patients’degree of satisfaction of post implementation was 95.00%and it was higher than that of pre implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The first aid nursing measures was good for improving efficacy of first aid and the patients’satisfaction.
