延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常病人中的应用

The application of continuous nursing in cardiac failure patients complicated with arrhythmia

[目的]观察对心力衰竭合并心律失常病人采用延伸护理的临床效果。[方法]将86例心力衰竭合并心律失常病人按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组病人采用常规护理,观察组病人采用延伸护理,观察两组病人的护理效果。[结果]观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为95.35%、83.72%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病人卧床时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组病人焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为2.33%、13.95%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]延伸护理配合治疗对心力衰竭合并心律失常病人效果较好,可缩短病人住院时间,改善病人心理状态,减少不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extended nursing care in cardiac failure patients complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:86cases of cardiac failure patients complicated with arrhythmia were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,43cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine care,and patients in the observation group were treated with extended care to observe the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were95.35%and83.72%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bed time and hospitalized time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);The scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were2.33%and13.95%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:the continuous nursing had a better effect in cardiac failure patients complicated with arrhythmia,could greatly shorten the hospitalization time,improve their mental state and reduce the adverse event rate.
