摘要
在电商高速发展、移动支付改变人们生活的时代,融合了"阿里巴巴"和"淘宝网"的全新B2B2C模式解决了商品购销中物流、配送和库存等方面存在的瓶颈。运用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面对B2B2C高校电商新模式进行研究,并在深度剖析该模式的基础上,为准备进军高校市场或已在其中的企业提供一些发展建议。
In the era of rapid development of e-commerce,mobile payment changes peopleundefineds lives,The new B2 B2 C model of"Alibaba"and"Taobao"solves the bottleneck of logistics,distribution and inventory. Based on the SWOT analysis,this paper studies the new model of electronic commerce in B2 B2 C universities from four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.On the basis of analyzing the model in depth,it provides some development suggestions for enterprises that are preparing to enter the university market or are already in the market.
