经股动脉穿刺入路的介入患者穿刺点不同止血法的疗效观察比较及术后护理干预体会

目的探究经股动脉穿刺入路的介入患者穿刺点不同止血法的疗效观察比较及术后护理干预体会。方法选取102名经股动脉穿刺入路的介入患者,分别选择机械压迫止血方法和人工压迫止血方法,观察其在穿刺点的止血效果。结果研究组的止血的有效率明显高于对照组,并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经股动脉穿刺入路的介入患者穿刺点应用机械装置的止血方法比人工压迫止血方法有效率高,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of different hemostasis methods in interventional patients with femoral artery puncture and nursing intervention.Methods 102 interventional patients were selected through the femoral artery and the hemostatic method was selected.The hemostatic effect at the puncture point was observed.Results The effective rate of hemostasis was higher than that of control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The hemostatic method of the puncturing point applied by the interventional patient through the femoral artery is more effective and less complication than the artificial compression hemostatic method,and is worthy of clinical application.
