改良外剥内扎术与传统外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效比较

目的对比改良外剥内扎术同传统外剥内扎术在治疗混合痔方面的临床效果。方法从我院肛肠科于2017.1-2018.6收治的混合痔患者中选择78例进行研究,其中39例患者进行改良外剥内扎术治疗记为改良组,另39例患者进行传统外剥内扎术治疗记为传统组,比较两组患者的治疗疗效。结果改良组患者的手术时间、切口愈合时间、痔核掉落时间、肛门功能恢复时间、住院时间、疼痛评分、治疗总有效率等显著优于传统组,P<0.05;改良组患者术后并发症发生率与复发率显著低于传统组,P<0.05。结论应用改良外剥内扎术治疗混合痔的疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of modified external stripping and internal ligation with traditional external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 78 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the anorectal department of our hospital from 2017.1-2018.6 were enrolled in the study.39 patients underwent modified external stripping and internal ligation for the improvement group,and 39 patients underwent traditional external stripping.The treatment was recorded as a traditional group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,incision healing time,nucleus drop time,recovery time of anal function,hospitalization time,pain score,and total effective rate of treatment in the modified group were significantly better than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence and recurrence rate were significantly lower than the traditional group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of modified external stripping and internal ligation for the treatment of mixed sputum is significant and worthy of promotion.
