双向“品管圈”在老年反复发作带状疱疹患者中的应用

The Application ofBidirectional Quality Control Circle Activities on the Elderly Recurrent Herpes Zoster Patients

目的探讨"品管圈"活动的高效管理方法在老年反复发作带状疱疹患者护理中的运用。方法选择2014年1月1日~12月31日期间在我科住院的带状疱疹老年患者64例作为研究对象,将1月1日~5月31日期间住院的28例患者设为对照组,采用常规的护理管理方法,将6月1日~12月31日期间住院的36例患者设为实验组,采用"品管圈"小组的管理方法对其进行培训和护理。观察两组患者带状疱疹转归后复发的几率及患者的生活质量。结果在"品管圈"小组干预下,实验组的带状疱疹转归后复发率明显低于对照组,实验组患者生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将"品管圈"活动运用到带状疱疹老年患者的临床护理工作中,可以有效降低带状疱疹的反复发生率,减轻了患者和家属的痛苦及经济负担,提高了患者生活质量,节约了医疗资源。

Objective To explore the efficient management methods of QCC activities applied in the elderly recurrent herpes zoster patients care.Method A total data of 64 elderly recurrent herpes zoster patients in our department since January 1,2013 to December 31 were divided into the control group and the experimental group to compare the rate of recurrence in each group.The patients in our department since January 1 to 31 May that we called the control group were nursing in conventional way,and the patients since June 1 to December 31 we called the experimental group were nursing by way of QCC.Results Under the intervention of the QCC nursing team,the patients of the experimental group had a significantly lower recurrence rates than the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To apply the QCC activities in the elderly recurrent herpes zoster patients clinic care can effectively reduce the risk of recurrence.It not only relieves the pain for patients and the economic burden for their families,but also saves the medical resources.
