分析围术期优质护理对老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者的护理效果

目的探讨在老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者围术期护理过程中增加优质护理的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的72例老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者为本次的调查对象,根据患者入院顺序先后将其随机分为常规组36例和干预组36例,对常规组患者实施老年急性结石性胆囊炎围术期传统护理,对干预组患者增加优质护理,对比2组老年患者住院期间并发症发生率和患者对护理工作的满意度评分。结果调查结果表明,常规组老年患者并发症发生率显著高于干预组,并且干预组患者对护理工作的满意度评分显著高于常规组,P<0.05,经过对比发现差异显著有统计学意义。结论给予老年急性结石性胆囊炎围术期患者实施优质护理干预可有效降低患者并发症发生,同时对促进患者早日出院及提高护理满意度有积极作用。

objective:to explore the clinical effect of increasing quality nursing care in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with acute calculi cholecystitis.Selection methods:our hospital treated 72 cases of elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis for the investigation of the object,according to the order of patients admitted to hospital successively the 36 cases were randomly divided into conventional group and intervention group 36 cases,the implementation of elderly acute calculous cholecystitis in patients with normal group traditional perioperative nursing,increase quality of nursing in patients with intervention group,compared two groups of elderly patients with in-hospital complications and patients to nursing job satisfaction score.Results:the investigation results showed that the complication rate of elderly patients in the conventional group was significantly higher than that in the intervention group,and the satisfaction score of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant after comparison.Conclusion:quality nursing intervention for elderly patients with acute calculitic cholecystitis during perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients,and has positive effects on promoting early discharge and improving nursing satisfaction.
