中西医结合预防老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后下肢静脉血栓的临床有效率分析

目的探讨中西医结合预防老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后下肢静脉血栓的临床有效率。方法选取2017年4月-2018年4月我院84例老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,依据预防措施不同分为两组,对照组术中使用弹力绷带,观察组在对照组基础上应用中西医结合,对比两种方案预防效果。结果观察组所得术后两个星期下肢深静脉血栓发生率2.38%低于对照组所得14.29%,观察组所得术后两个星期血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原数值低于对照组所得数值,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合预防老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后下肢静脉血栓的临床有效率非常高,能降低术后下肢静脉血栓发生率,改善各项指标,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficiency of combined Chinese and Western medicine in preventing venous thrombosis of lower extremities after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients.Methods:84 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected from April 2017 to April 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the preventive measures.The elastic bandages were used in the control group.The observation group applied the combination of Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of the control group and compared the two prevention effects.Results:The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities was 2.38%lower than the control group of 14.29%.The plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen were lower than the control group of the observation group of two weeks.The value was statistically significant(P<UNK>0.05).Conclusion:the clinical efficiency of prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy is very high in elderly patients combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
