多模式镇痛在胃肠手术快速康复中的应用探讨

目的探讨多模式镇痛在胃肠手术快速康复外科患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年1月2018年10月期间收治的胃肠手术患者90例参与本次研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,给予对照组常规镇痛,给予观察组多模式镇痛,对比两组患者镇痛效果以及术后恢复情况。结果术后镇痛效果以及术后恢复情况方面,观察组均优于对照组,且经统计学检验P<0.05。结论在快速康复外科临床实践中,应用多模式镇痛能够有效提升患者术后镇痛效果,促进患者的术后恢复,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of multimodal analgesia in patients with gastrointestinal surgery and rapid rehabilitation surgery.METHODS:Ninety patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Forty-five patients in each group were given regular analgesia in the control group.Multi-mode analgesia was compared between the two groups to compare the analgesic effect and postoperative recovery.RESULTS:The postoperative analgesic effect and postoperative recovery were better in the observation group than in the control group,and statistically tested P<0.05.Conclusion:In the clinical practice of rapid rehabilitation surgery,the application of multi-mode analgesia can effectively improve the postoperative analgesia effect of patients and promote postoperative recovery of patients,which is worth promoting.
