细节管理在神经外科护理工作中的应用与体会

目的分析在神经外科护理工作中采用细节管理的应用价值。方法以本院就诊的146例神经外科患者为本次研究的分析对象,采用计算机将其随机分为常规组和实验组,各73例,对常规组患者进行神经外科传统管理,实验组增加细节管理,经过管理后对比2组患者皮肤压力性损伤、感染以及静脉血栓的发生情况。结果分析结果表明,实验组患者皮肤压力性损伤、感染以及静脉血栓发生率显著低于常规组,P<0.05,说明统计学意义成立。结论通过在神经外科护理管理中采用细节管理措施,不仅有效降低了患者并发症的发生率,同时对改善患者生活质量有积极作用。

objective:to analyze the application value of details management in neurosurgery nursing.Methods:of 146 patients with neurosurgical patients in our hospital as the analysis object of the present study by using the computer will be randomly divided into normal group and experimental group,73 cases each,neurosurgery traditional management for patients with normal group,the experimental group increased detail management,compared two groups patients after management skin stress injury,infection and the occurrence of venous thrombosis.Results:the analysis results showed that the incidence of skin pressure injury,infection and venous thrombosis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05,indicating the statistical significance was established.Conclusion:adopting detailed management measures in the nursing management of neurosurgery can not only effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients,but also have positive effects on improving patients'quality of life.
