老年冠心病医院感染患者降钙素原与高敏C-反应蛋白表达对预后的影响

摘要 目的探究老年冠心病医院感染患者降钙素原(PCT)与高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)表达对预后的影响。方法选取院内于一个阶段内收治的500例冠心病患者作为观察对象,对患者治疗前及治疗后的降钙素原与高敏C-反应蛋白水平进行调查与统计。结果 500例老年冠心病患者中,有50例发生医院感染,发生率为10.00%,50例发生医院感染患者中,上呼吸道感染发生率46.00%,下呼吸道感染20.00%,泌尿道感染12.00%,肠胃道感染10.00%,血液感染8.00%,皮肤组织感染4.00%,其他感染20.00%,呼吸道感染发生率最高,其次为泌尿道感染;观察组患者PCT、hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组,组间差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者PCT、hs-CRP水平对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者院内感染发生风险较高,其呼吸道感染最为常见,而PCT、hs-CRP水平的异常升高可提示院内感染的发生及发展,其恢复正常水平代表预后良好。 Objective to explore the effect of procalcitonin(PCT)and high sensitive c-reactive protein(hs-crp)expression on prognosis in elderly patients with hospital infection with coronary heart disease.Methods 500 patients with coronary heart disease admitted by the hospital at one stage were selected as subjects for observation,and the levels of procalcitonin and hypersensitive c-reactive protein before and after treatment were investigated and statistically analyzed.Results 500 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),50 cases of hospital infection,the incidence was 10.00%,50 cases of patients with hospital infection,the incidence of upper respiratory tract infections 46.00%,20.00%lower respiratory tract infection,urinary tract infections 12.00%,gastrointestinal infections 10.00%,8.00%blood infection,skin tissue infections 4.00%,other infections 20.00%,the highest incidence of respiratory tract infection,followed by urinary tract infection;The PCT and hs-crp levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in PCT and hs-crp levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion elderly patients with coronary heart disease have a higher risk of nosocomial infection,and their respiratory tract infection is the most common,while the abnormal increase of PCT and hs-crp can indicate the occurrence and development of nosocomial infection,and the normal return level indicates a good prognosis.
