中药熏洗坐浴改善肛肠科术后疼痛水肿的疗效观察

目的探究中药熏洗坐浴对肛肠科术后疼痛水肿的改善效果。方法选取我院肛肠科收治的134例行手术治疗患者,随机分为对照组(术后施以高锰酸钾洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗)与观察组(术后施以中药熏洗坐浴法治疗)各67例,对比两组术后疼痛水肿改善情况。结果两组治疗前创面疼痛、水肿评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的疼痛、水肿评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对肛肠科常规手术后患者施以中药熏洗坐浴法治疗,对改善术后疼痛与水肿情况疗效显著,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation and bathing on postoperative anal edema in anorectal surgery.Methods One hundred and thirty patients undergoing surgical treatment in the anorectal department of our hospital were randomly divided into a control group(postoperative potassium permanganate lotion,fumigation and sitz bathing)and an observation group(post-surgery Chinese herbal medicine washes and washes).Bath therapy was performed in 67 cases and the pain edema was improved in both groups.Results There was no statistical difference in pain and edema score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pain and edema scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of patients with anorectal surgery after traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and bath treatment is effective in improving postoperative pain and edema,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
