乳果糖口服液联合治疗婴儿功能性便秘疗效研究

目的探究乳果糖口服液联合治疗婴儿功能性便秘疗效分析。方法选取2017年1月-2017年12月我院收治的功能性便秘患儿80例,按照统计学中的随机法将其分为两组,每组40例,对照组中的40例做婴儿功能性便秘的常规处理,观察组中的40例则在婴儿功能性便秘常规治疗后联合乳果糖口服液治疗。对比两组患者的临床特征。结果观察组的总有效率是92.5%,对照组的总有效率是80%,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳果糖口服液联合治疗婴儿功能性便秘疗效研究显著,在临床上值得推广。

Objective to explore the effect of lactose oral liquid on functional constipation in infants.Methods in January 2017-December 2017,our hospital 80 cases of children functional constipation,according to the statistics of the random method,it can be divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,40 cases of control group in baby functional constipation of conventional treatment,40 patients in observation group is the baby functional constipation after conventional treatment combined therapy with lactulose oral liquid.The clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion lactofructose oral liquid combined with functional constipation in infants has remarkable curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
