颅脑外伤后应激性上消化道溃疡的护理效果观察

目的探讨颅脑外伤后应激性上消化道溃疡的护理。方法选取我院2017年3月-2018年3月收治的颅脑外伤患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者的临床疗效和生活质量显著优于对照组,患者的依从性也显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论颅脑外伤患者采用精细化护理可有效改善上消化道溃疡临床症状,提高患者住院舒适度,值得推荐。

Objective to explore the nursing methods of stress upper gastrointestinal ulcer after craniocerebral trauma.Methods a total of 90 cases of craniocerebral trauma treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects,and the clinical efficacy,quality of life and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results the clinical efficacy and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the patient compliance was also significantly higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion intensive nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of upper gastrointestinal ulcer and improve the comfort level of patients with craniocerebral trauma.
