快速康复外科理念在胰十二指肠切除术围术期护理中的应用

目的针对快速康复理念在医院胰十二指肠切除术围术期护理中的应用价值进行研究和讨论。方法选取于2015年3月~2017年3月来我院接受胰十二指肠切除手术治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,将其随机的分为数量相等的两组,每组45人,一组为对照组,一组为实验组,对照组患者在围术期采用常规的护理方案,实验组患者则在常规护理的基础上引快速康复理念;对比两组患者术后恢复情况、住院时间、医疗费用以及两组患者对医院服务质量的评价。结果对照组患者术后住院时间与肠功能恢复时间均高于实验组患者,且总医疗费用也高于实验组患者(P<0.05);实验组患者的满意度高达88.9%,而对照组患者的满意度只有64.4%,实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组患者的满意度(P<0.05)。结论在胰十二指肠切除术围术期护理中引入快速康复理念,能明显缩短患者术后的恢复时间,节省费用,同时也节省了医院的床位资源,在临床上具有推广价值。

Objective To study and discuss the application value of rapid rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods Ninety patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy from March 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two equal groups,45 in each group,one in the control group,one in the experimental group,and the other in the control group.On the basis of routine nursing,the concept of rapid rehabilitation was introduced,and the postoperative recovery,hospitalization time,medical expenses and the evaluation of hospital service quality between the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time and intestinal function recovery time of the control group were longer than those of the experimental group,and the total medical expenses were higher than those of the experimental group(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 88.9%,while that of the control group was only 64.4%.The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Degree(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the concept of rapid rehabilitation in perioperative nursing of pancreaticoduodenectomy can shorten the recovery time,save the cost,and save the hospital bed resources.It is worthy of popularization in clinic.
