摘要
目的探讨危重病患者早期肠内营养预防应激性溃疡的预防措施和护理方式;方法选取我院2017年2月-2018年5月急诊ICU收治的危重患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者应激性溃疡的发生率和护理满意度;结果观察组患者应激性溃疡发生率为8.9%,显著低于对照组15.6%,观察组护理满意度为93.3%,显著高于对照组80%(P均<0.05);结论早期肠内营养可提高胃肠道的血液供应,提高胃肠的自我保护功能,可有效降低应激性溃疡的发生率,值得推荐。
objective to explore the preventive measures and nursing methods of early enteral nutrition prevention of stress ulcer in critically ill patients.Methods a total of 90 critically ill patients admitted to the emergency department of the emergency department of our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study objects,and the incidence of stress ulcer and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results the incidence of stress ulcer in the observation group was 8.9%,significantly lower than 15.6%of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 80%of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion early enteral nutrition can improve the blood supply of the gastrointestinal tract,improve the self-protective function of the gastrointestinal tract,and effectively reduce the incidence of stress ulcer.
