重症监护病房患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的原因分析及护理对策

目的探讨重症监护病房患者肠内营养相关性腹泻的原因及护理对策;方法选取我院2017年4月-2018年4月重症监护病房90例患者为研究对象,分析肠内营养相关性腹泻的相关原因,制定相应的护理对策;结果90例重症监护病房肠内营养患者发生腹泻35例(38.9%),腹泻相关原因有:低蛋白血症、大量抗生素使用、营养液输注量与速度;结论腹泻为重症监护室患者肠内营养的常见并发症,与营养液输入量与速度、低蛋白血症、抗生素大量使用明显相关,护理人员采取针对性措施可有效降低发生率及提高患者的舒适感,值得推荐。

Objective to explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea in patients in intensive care unit.Methods 90 patients from the intensive care unit of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects,the causes of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea were analyzed,and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were formulated.Results there were 35 cases(38.9%)of diarrhea in 90 cases of enteral nutrition patients in icu.Conclusion diarrhea is a common complication of intensive care patients with enteral nutrition,and nutrient input quantity and speed,hypoalbuminemia,heavy use of antibiotics obviously related,targeted measures can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing and improve the patient's comfort,is worth to recommend.
