腹腔镜解剖性肝中叶切除术的手术护理配合

目的探讨腹腔镜解剖性肝中叶切除的手术护理配合。方法回顾性分析48例腹腔镜解剖性肝中叶肝癌切除的手术配合情况,包括器械物品的装备及手术护理配合。结果 48位患者均顺利完成腹腔镜解剖性肝中叶切除术,无一例中转开腹,平均手术时间180分钟,无严重并发症及死亡病例,平均住院天数7天。结论手术室护士精细的术前准备,标准化的操作流程,精准有效的护理配合对减小术中创伤、提高手术成功率、降低中转开腹率有显著意义。

Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation method in the laparoscopic anatomic mesohepatectomy.Methods All preoperation and intraopertion nusing works were perfomed according to the same standard.Totally 48 patients accepted laparoscopic mesohepatectomy were enrolled for this retrospecitive analysis.Results All the 48 patients were managed to completed the laparoscopic resection.No one was convert to laparotomy.The average operation time was 180 min.No seriou complications and death cases in the perioperation time and the average length of stay was 7 days.Conclusion The meticulous preoperative preparation,standardized process and effective nursing cooperation can significant reduce the intraoperative trauma and conversion rate.
