优质护理服务模式在肿瘤内科的应用研究

目的分析在肿瘤内科实施优质护理的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的88例行肿瘤内科治疗患者为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序将其随机分为常规组和研究组,每组各44例,对常规组患者实施传统护理,对研究组患者进行优质护理干预,比较2组患者心理状况及生活质量。结果研究结果显示,经过护理后研究组患者生活质量及心理状态明显优于常规组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论通过对肿瘤内科患者实施优质护理干预不仅能够有效改善患者心理状态,同时对提高患者生活质量有重要意义。

Objective to analyze the application value of quality nursing in oncology department.Methods 88 patients admitted to our hospital for medical treatment of cancer were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into a conventional group and a research group according to the admission order of the patients.44 patients in each group were randomly divided into a conventional group and 44 patients in each group.Results the results showed that the quality of life and mental state of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group after nursing,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion quality nursing intervention can not only improve patients'mental state but also improve patients'quality of life.
