综合康复护理在吉西他滨治疗结直肠癌护理中的应用分析

Analysis on the application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of colorectal cancer by gemcitabine

目的探讨综合康复护理在吉西他滨治疗结直肠癌护理中的应用效果分析。方法选取2016年10月-2017年10月在我院采用吉西他滨治疗的结直肠癌患者共170例将他们随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的方式进行护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用综合康复护理。观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及两组患者对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组患者在临床上的治疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理人员护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对应用吉西他滨治疗结直肠癌患者的护理过程当中,采用综合康复的方式进行护理,其效果较为理想,值得在临床上被进一步推广和应用。

Objective to explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of colorectal cancer by gemcitabine.Methods a total of 170 patients with colorectal cancer treated with gemcitabine in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the research group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.To observe and compare the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients and their satisfaction with the nursing work.Results the clinical effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the study group were significantly more satisfied with the nursing work of the nursing staff than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the course of nursing care for patients with colorectal cancer treated with gemcitabine,the comprehensive rehabilitation method is effective and worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
