精细化护理预防肿瘤化疗患者PICC相关性上肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果

目的探讨精细化护理预防肿瘤化疗患者PICC相关性上肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月-2017年12月收治的肿瘤经PICC化疗患者50例我研究对象,比较两组患者导管留置时间、血栓发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者血栓发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),导管留置时间和护理满意度显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论精细化护理可以有效降低PICC相关血栓形成,延长导管留置时间,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推荐。

Objective to explore the clinical effect of refined nursing care on prevention of picc-related deep venous thrombosis in upper extremity in patients with tumor chemotherapy.Methods 50 cases of cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 with PICC chemotherapy were selected for my study,and the catheterization duration,thrombosis rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results the incidence of thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the catheter duration and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion refinement nursing can effectively reduce picc-related thrombosis,prolong catheter retention time,and improve patient's nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of recommendation.
