摘要
目的探讨情景模拟法在急诊科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取某三甲医院急诊科40名实习护生随机分为观察组和对照组,各20名,对照组采取传统教学方式,观察组采用情景模拟的教学方式。出科时比较两组实习护生理论考试、专科技术操作考核成绩、临床思维能力得分。结果两组实习护生在急诊科实习后理论考试及专科技术操作考核均高于实习前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护生实习后临床思维能力各维度分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟的教学方式注重实习护生在模拟临床护理情境中的综合性体验式学习,使实习护生更容易接受这种教学方法,同时能有效提升急诊科实习护生理论知识和操作技能。
Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation method in clinical nursing teaching in emergency department.Methods A total of 40 intern nurses in the emergency department of a top three hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used the scenario simulation teaching method.When the department was out of school,the two groups of practical nursing students'theoretical examinations,specialist technical operation examination results,and clinical thinking ability scores were compared.Results The theoretical examinations and specialist technical operation examinations of the internship nursing students in the two groups were higher than those before the internship,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical thinking ability were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of situational simulation focuses on the comprehensive experiential learning of the intern nurses in the simulated clinical nursing situation,which makes it easier for the internship students to accept this teaching method,and at the same time can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the internship nursing students in the emergency department.
