腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室整体护理及配合

General care and cooperation of operating room for laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer

目的探讨手术室整体护理及配合在腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法将90例行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术室整体护理,比较两组患者手术时间、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果观察组并发症发生率及手术时间低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组手术医生对护士配合的满意度高达100.0%显著高于对照组的88.9%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者实施手术室整体护理及配合,可缩短手术时间,降低患者并发症发生率,提高手术医生对护士配合的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of the overall nursing care of the operating room and the patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45).The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group performed the overall nursing of the operating room.Patient operative time,care satisfaction,and complication rate.Results The incidence of complication and operation time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the surgeons in the observation group was as high as 100.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 88.9%,Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing care and cooperation of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction of surgeons with nurses.
