健康教育对门诊消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨健康教育对门诊消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性的影响;方法选取我院2018年2月-2018年6月门诊就医的消化道溃疡患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、临床效果及满意度;结果观察组患者采用健康教育护理模式,患者的治疗依从性、临床效果及满意度均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);结论门诊消化性溃疡患者实施健康教育护理模式可提高治疗依从性,改善临床预后,有利于患者早日康复,值得推荐。

Objective to explore the effect of healthy education on the treatment compliance of outpatient patients with peptic ulcer.Methods a total of 90 cases of patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2018 were selected as subjects,and the treatment compliance,clinical effect and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results the patients in the observation group adopted the healthy education nursing mode,and their treatment compliance,clinical effect and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion healthy education nursing mode for patients with peptic ulcer in outpatient department can improve treatment compliance,improve clinical prognosis,facilitate early recovery of patients,and is worthy of recommendation.
