内镜黏膜下剥离术用于诊治消化道黏膜病变的护理

目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术用于诊治消化道黏膜病变的护理方式;方法选取我院2017年2月-2018年5月收治的内镜粘膜下剥离术患者90例为研究对象,比较两组患者术中出血、穿孔、术后腹痛、腹胀等并发症的发生率,医师对护理配合的满意度;结果观察组患者采用术前、术中、术后针对性护理,术中和术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,手术医师对护理人员配合满意度显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);结论针对性护理可提高内镜粘膜下剥离术的安全性,减少并发症的发生率,缩短患者住院时间,节省住院费用,值得推荐。

Objective to explore the nursing mode of endoscopic submucosal dissection for the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal mucosal lesions.Methods a total of 90 patients treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study objects,and the incidence of complications such as intraoperative hemorrhage,perforation,postoperative abdominal pain and abdominal distension were compared between the two groups.Results the patients in the observation group received preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative targeted nursing,and the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the surgeons with the nursing staff was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion targeted nursing can improve the safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospitalization and save the cost of hospitalization.
